Are you playing on Facebook itself or on a device?
If you are playing on a device, go to your facebook account and hit settings, then find apps....find pet rescue and click on remove. Don't worry, it won't lose anything. Then once you open the game it will ask for permissions and you can accept. Let me know if this works or not 🤗
