(FIXED) I don't get rewards after watching ads

Hi pet savers!

We've received some reports about issues with receiving rewards after watching ads. We want to let you know that we're on it and working to fix this issue!

We understand that many of you use boosters to save pets to the fullest, and not having them can affect your gaming experience. We will update you on this issue in the thread. In the meantime, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding!

Thanks for your hard work. I too am not receiving rewards after watching videos. This has been an issue for several weeks now. Looking forward to the fix!

Hey there! Good news: the Studio has released a hotfix, which means we're getting back to normal and you can enjoy our game to the fullest. However, please note that the fix might be reflected in your game with a slight delay!

Hi, I have had this problem on and off for some time and yes it is frustratingly still here. Please use the revenue generated from the adds that we use our paid for data to watch and fix the bug.

Hi and welcome to the community!

While I understand your frustration especially if you are paying for data to play, the adverts are still in the testing phase likely for this very reason. Hence why everyone doesn't have them.

I am not sure why they are tricky to sort but I get the same in a non king game so I know its annoying.
