Hi pet savers!
We've received some reports about issues with receiving rewards after watching ads. We want to let you know that we're on it and working to fix this issue!
We understand that many of you use boosters to save pets to the fullest, and not having them can affect your gaming experience. We will update you on this issue in the thread. In the meantime, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding!

Hi and welcome to the community!
While I understand your frustration especially if you are paying for data to play, the adverts are still in the testing phase likely for this very reason. Hence why everyone doesn't have them.
I am not sure why they are tricky to sort but I get the same in a non king game so I know its annoying.
