i LOVE this game! i play this game WELL. i been playing for a decade n half i'm @ level 6567 now - to correct 55 green dots in ice cube which supposed to Melt when hit ground - but NOT! remains Frozen! i tried a Million times w all the tactics w boosters, golden bears + watched many ads for extra tries - 3friends responded for 'help' - gave me ballon pops (meaning they passed the level) - at this point i SUSPECT game makers are sabotaging me... i will NOT delete n reinstall so that i will loose all the i have accomplished to gather - boosters, coins, lives w/o buying w $$$ - i have contacted customer support for a very 1st time ever, we corresponded many times but NO avail. they decide to cancel my ticket to help me solve this problem level 6567! Again i LOVE this 'Pet Rescue Saga' so very much - pets are soooo CUTE! makes me sad to not be able to go on playing !!

p.s. the gamemakers can solve this issue with One Click!

i Do wish to keep on playing - Especially now that spring Petpia started - it's soooo cute🥰u know!

Some levels can be very frustrating, but there is always a way to pass them 🙂

I think they were experimenting with the game 'rules' when they made Level 6567

Instead of the glass (it is glass not ice) breaking on the final row like it usually does we needed to find another surface for it to break on to release the green virus blocks.

From experience with former levels you should already know that vines also make a solid surface to break glass.
