I've got a new phone and when I logged in through Facebook and my king account, my level has saved but my petopia has reset and my friend list is now empty? Does anyone know why this has happened or how to fix it?

Hi and welcome to the community.
Are your accounts linked so you can log in with either of them? Have you checked the app is active in your facebook settings and that your friends list has permmission to be seen? If yes, it might be worth a try removing the app from Facebook. Then when you click to log in with FB again, it will ask permissions and hopefully they will appear.
As to the new device, itmight be that the progress doesn't sync over as I noticed mine hasn't on my iphone (I have it on ipad) @Lynette am I right in that?

Hiya, I've just tried removing it from Facebook and logging back on through Facebook and it hasn't worked, I also tried logging in through my King account and that didn't work either. I think I'll just have to put up with my petopia and friend list being reset. I'm just glad I'm not right back at the beginning of the game lol. Thank you for the advice

I am not getting any lives on request through Farm heroes. I am beginning to wonder if its something FB are doing again π€¦π»ββοΈ
