Spring Petopia not letting game load

Am I the only one??? This has been going on for the last week. Very frustrating. I get to the King logo and it just hangs. I’ve tried everything - both iPad and iPhone are update, both have good memory and have removed the game and reinstalled it.

Noooo you're not and I am so sorry for the ongoing issues.

I will pass it back to the community manager, and also the end of Petopia is in sight so that is something even if its not helpful!
