Pet Rescue Saga won't load in Facebook

For the past two days, I have tried to play this game on Facebook but it won't open. While it's trying to open a pop up white box shows on the screen for a split second and whatever is written on it is grayed out. This also happens when I open Farm Heros Saga, but it opens and I can play the game. I am using a Windows 11 pc. Is this a King issue or a Facebook issue? I can play the game on my iphone. HELP!

Can I ask if you have cleared cache and cookies, made sure the browser is updated and tried using a different browser?

Yes, to all of the above. Still happens on Firefox and Google Chrome.

It almost sounds like there is a permission box for cookies or something coming up. I had that receently with a non zynga game. If you wait it doesn't go?
Can you go to your facebook settings, find PRS and check permissions are active? If they aren't, activate and see if that works. If they already are, can you remove the app. Don't worry, you won't lose anything. Clear cookies/cache and restart browser. Then go back to Facebook, find the game (easiest way is search for the PRS page as there shoud be a link for the game at the top) The click to play, it will ask permissions and see if it works as it should. Did all of the above and it still won't load the game. There was never any permissions to accept when I removed the app and then added it again. I can play it on google and on my iphone. Oh well.

You are using the browser aren't you, not the microsoft app version of the games?
I had that issue when I used the app that's why I ask. As for a long time I couldn't log in using facebook as it said my cookies were outdated but they weren't.

I am using Facebook to open the game and it has always worked for the past 10 years until now. I use Firefox as the browser. All the other games I play on Facebook, are fine.

Its bugging me now because I don't like unsolved puzzles. I will pass it back to the community manager, but in the meantime could we have your player IDs please.
I suspect it is something Facebook related (it often is in my experiance)
If you have windows 11 (works on 10 too) I would highly recommend the microsoft store app as you can log in with facebook and bypass it otherwise. Its much quicker and you might have access to events that you don't have actually on facebook 😊

Didn't know I could download from the Microsoft Apps…lol Ok, I downloaded it and opened in Facebook but all the items to use like the balloons, hammer, etc. are all gone and so is my progress. Same on my iphone.

your boosters will have because they are stored on the device you earn them on… in your device memory rather than the game. But that means you can build them up on different devices.
As to the progress though, it sounds like the progress hasn't been saving. So I'll pass this back to the cm too and see if she has any ideas. It might be a few days tho as she's out of the office tomorrow.1
