Keeps Logging me out and resetting the Pet Rescue challenge

hi,
the challenge where you collect red blocks to level up your pup then collect gold bars keeps resetting. It’s done it about 5/6 times in the last 24 hours.
Also, I keep being logged out.
I know there have been reports of a glitch (I eventually passed that level) but is this part of it too?
It’s getting really tedious

for context, I log in with Facebook as I have done for years.
It logs me back out if o stop playing. I have to log in each time.
For the challenger, I’ve got through the chest part of the challenge multiple times, which is great cos I get lots of items. But I can’t get to the bag bit to collect gold bars unless I play without stopping.
as soon as I stop playing the game logs me out and when I go back to play, the challenge ends and it re-starts from the beginning.I’ve had this before but only after collecting the 50 gold bars. It won’t let me collect any more bars the second time - says collection unsuccessful.
anyone else or just me?
