What are those padlocks on the intro to a new level?

I recently noted padlocks on entering a new level - at the bottom. These are new to me, and are not padlocked boxes in the actual puzzle.When I click on each, the lock is still there but each shows a different item

Hi @JannahLee - these are what you see where the boosters are supposed to be. It means not all your game data is getting through to put the boosters in there.
Usually it's a temporary glitch and your game will be back to 'normal' soon.
