Hi @Racoon7 and @EnergizerBunny anything to do with the Pets (except when there is a picture above their head) is just random and there is nothing you can do to change it. The paramedic sometimes randomly comes across a 'hurt' Pet and patches them up, otherwise they recover all by themselves ๐ I choose to look at these ones as minor injuries (or that those Pets are exaggerating, lol)
