TThe game licked up,been playing for MANY YEARS, so I deleted app & reinstalled, still Will not let me purchase, I have 2 piggy banks now, but Had Far Advanced Banks Before????what's going on & how to FIX???
As mentioned above, deleting the app will also delete a lot of your game information as it is stored on your device. All that is saved by logging in is your progress and how much gold you have. If you cannot purchace, check your connection with your game store. Also look at the information linked below for other purchace problems, I hope it helps?Purchace Problems
good morning. Did you log in with your previous log in? Sometimes when we reinstall, things that have changed in the past might get updated or reset. It sounds like that unfortunately as the information is stored on your device and not in the game itself. I will double check with my colleague @Lynette that I am right though.

When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??

Why can't I access the pet rescue saga town? When I downloaded the app it says it has it and everybody else that has the game has it but I can't seem to get it to pop up at all
