for over a week now I have been unable to log into my account for pet rescue keep getting the "There was a connection error Try again in a bit" Tried all the suggestions in the help menu but nothing works

Great I am back to level 2514 but I am still missing tools I should have bomb +6 hammers+
2 ballons+4 rockets+1 line shooter+9 wire cutters+12 paint cans and 2 keys
not sure if this is soething that can be fixed or not I do appreciate all you have been able to fix.
well it looks like something has really gon e crazy on laptop now I'm back to level one and need to start all over again
I occationally play on my tablet which is an android Samsung -so I looked it up and the ID number there is 8867917803 and i'm on level 2514
A few weeks back I lost all connection /tools/and was somehow placed on level one in Pet Rescue and when I reached out to the community everything was restored except the ability to log in. Not sure but this may be why the ID number is differnt than the other two games I play on King.

Cleared cache and cookies and temp files checked for updates still can not log into Pet Rescue
I'm playing on King - odd I can log in to other king games just not Pet Rescue ID number is 2228691416
thanks for getting back to me, have you cleared cache and cookies and cheaper temporary files just to rule that out. Also I'm assuming you checked for updates at the time but it might be worth checking again. We did have some w10 app issues but as far as I know they were sorted. Are you logging in with Facebook or the Kingdom? With regards to your user ID if you double click the king logo it should give you that π

I play on my laptop windows 10- tried - restarting computer- changing between airplane mode and WI-FI tried removing and reinstalling
