I, too, had the same issues as everyone was posting about this level. It is bugged as one person posted that you hit the red blocks when starting the level and the red butterflies are cleared before any dropped. However, someone else posted that clearing all the diamonds seems to help more green and blue butterflies to drop. I tried that, had to use the 5 extra moves but it worked. There are only 26 moves and by the time you clear the diamonds, you’re using up the moves to finish off the green a blue butterflies. In summary, I agree with other posts, it is a glitch.

There is a glitch with the red butterflies in this level, but task is ticked off without you having to do it properly (it counts red blocks instead of butterflies)
This makes the level easier as you really only need to collect 3 green and 3 blue butterflies, plus 3 red blocks (not butterflies) and the level is completed!
The part you seem to have missed noticing is that, the green and blue butterflies will only drop in a column once the vine is broken from on a diamond in that column. Once you know this, the level is not too hard 🙂
