Hello, I played the puppy dog event. And I won 27 gold bars,and I didn't receive them. Why is that? Please let me know. Thank you

    Hey there, sorry to hear that! First try these two steps:

    • Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
    • Updates: Check the app stores to update to the latest version of your game if needed, and the latest software update for your device.

    Also make sure that you have a stable internet connection so that the game can be synced with your account! If these thing does not help, please let us know what your Player ID is so that we can look further into it.
