I can not get out of this level because it keeps crashing! Please tell me if there is a way to stop this. I am playing on a laptop that is new so I don't believe it is on my end. Thank you!

Hi @KristieC are you playing the app version of the game? Sometimes crashing means you need to get an update from your app store.
This level is one with a lot of bombs and they can cause crashing because of the increased graphics needed.
It might also help to make sure nothing else is open on your device except the game, and that you've recently cleared your cache etc of unneeded data.1 -
Hi Lynette, I am playing on the app from Microsoft Store. How do I find updates? I have another one of those collect all items that keeps crashing. This is extremely annoying!!!

Usually the game updates automatically from the microsoft store. It would have an 'update' button beside the game in your store if it needs updating.
It might help to close everything else on your device so that there is more data free for the game?1
