@King3107 @Lynette and I are the Pet rescue moderators. (I am also a farm heroes saga mod too)
Please do not tag any community managers as they are very busy. If they are really needed, each community has its own manager. Its better that we are tagged and can let them know if there are issues however. In this case its Snow_Rider (Not tagging so she doesn't get a useless notification)
@Diamond_Lim is not a community manager at all.
If you look in each community you can get an idea of who is who. The best thing to do, is just not tag anyone and then you will not tag incorrectly. Thank you.

I need some more information before we can help.
Which device are you using. Is it up to date, can you let me know which version.
What exactly is happening, is it just not going away, could you add a screenshot?
And finally, I just need to check you have 2GB free memory and you have closed the game completely, restarted your device and then reopened the game, and that hasn't cleared it?
