Greetings Anyone, I'm not sure of names so I will describe as best I can. When the pets have the chocolate ball, I drop them into the chocolate candy, nothing happens. When it says ready, I click on it and add more candy. When I come back to the game the next day, those extra candies I got, they have gone from the game. I have one chocolate, one red and one blue. I've played 16 and on part 4. I would have had several candies but they disappear from the game when I open it back.

I gave up playing this season. I've missed out on all the rewards and extras I could be getting. It didn't happen last years so I don't know what is going on. I'm done. This is one of my favorites and I win a lot of extra to add to my boosters. This time I've been going over and above to try and win but I can't, so I stopped playing. I add, win, I open up the game again, what I got is now gone. I'm so mad right now.

It's super frustrating and I totally understand. I'm about there as well. I was playing extra to but have stopped as there's no point.

I didn't get any help or answers from anyone. They know about it because I got a response that said, wait. I don't know what that means now but I'm waiting. I used up so many boosters trying to win some of the rewards but got none back. Well maybe I can ask them to give me some extras, or just wait until Christmas and see if I have enough boosters to play. You almost need them now to win any of the games. They took away so many tries to win now, you really have to use boosters just to get off a single game. I already decided I might let this year be my last playing this game. It was fun in the beginning, now it's not so much fun anymore. The boosters aren't there anymore like I was use to replenishing in the weekend mystery ship. I was able to keep moving. Now that is not so much fun and hard to get past the levels, you can't replenish your boosters so you really don't have much to play with. When the game comes out to get the 50 gold bars, you need the red to get them. The only time you might be able get them is on the weekend with the mystery ship. The fun edge has been lost, sadly!

I've gotten no answers from anyone. It's okay. I'm not looking forward to playing the way I use to. The Petopia last year, I won a lot of extra boosters and it helped. Then the Mystery ship on the weekends, it helped me a lot. Not so much anymore. I can't really win boosters and now this years Petopia, I have no idea what they did to the game. They surely made some changes, it cost some of us a lot of boosters. I'm not playing anymore until this Petopia is over. I can wait. I've lost so much boosters trying to play and thinking I'm going to get them back from getting the candies. They help you, but they don't stay, so I'm losing not winning. Well it's okay and I'm glad you came on here to say also. I'm glad they know it's not just me. Another person also is having issue with the game like you and I. There is some bee something race you can play to win boosters but I also don't have that either. Thanks for speaking up and speaking out.

They do not want to go to the Candy factory, but they want to eat from the candy pots your factory has made. See the example below.
Also note that when they empty the pots, then the pots vanish and you need to make more!1
