refreshing PRS

I often have to refresh my game. Nine times out of ten when I do I get taken BACK 5 -8 levels that I have already completed. This is extremely frustrating because often those levels were difficult to beat. Is there a reason this occurs and is there a way for me to prevent it? For some reason I am asked to refresh quite a lot. TIA for any help or answer.

Keeping it permanently logged in on Chrome might be the problem. Closing the game, and clearing the cache on your computer then logging back in again could help.

Hey Lynette,

Just to be clear do you mean logging out before I refresh? Or do you mean logging out each time I play? I keep my game pulled up all the time on a separate chrome window because I could not make it work with Firefox at all. I go back and forth to play at all times during the day.

Hi @bamamama42 wow! this does sound very frustrating. I suggest that you log out, then into your game before you play any levels to make sure it's connecting to save your progress.

It just happened AGAIN!!! 6 levels back…..and they were difficult!! Help!!

Level 9400
Is there something wrong with level 9400 or is it just me? It seems like only 7 pets would drop down not 9 like it needs to pass the level. I've tried passing the level several times using up all my boosters for nothing cause I still didn't pass the level.

My Husband and I both play pet saga and he has the Christmas petopia and my game does not have it. Can you let me know 8f I will be getting it soon.
Add more levels!
Having completed all levels and waiting patiently for every Tuesday to come around, I find it so frustrating to not be able to complete weekly challenges or monthly challenges because you can't progress. I'd be happy to have repeated challenges from earlier inthe game, where you can progress rather than none!
