now I can’t get in because it won’t let me log in with Apple and keeps saying connection lost

was on level 5100 or so and now I’m on level 2

I have reported problem and given info they ask but never get a response. This has been an ongoing problem each time they introduce Petopia. They should be able to back out code, issue a new release.

still won’t load I was on level 5100 or I’m on level two change my password so many times I get in and it won’t let me login with Apple. It says connection lost over and over again.

you log in through the kingdom right? Can you use a password and an email address to log on in the log into community part? I have an account with Apple but I still need to log in with Facebook or the kingdom or my progress doesn't always appear again.
what app version is it you have? I'm passing this over to the community manager.1 -
I guess (and this is just a guess) as it works for many many players and they enjoy it working (and complain when they don't get it) they are not keen to removed something that works for so many.
the players that complain here about it not working are a very very tiny % of players. So I'd assume that player support don't hear the majority complain which means it's often down to devices capability. Storage, age etc. that's not saying those that have issues are always their devices but often something might trigger them. I've heard of others with newer iPhones with issues for example, but my devices run it quite happily. That's where the problem is, trying to work out why it works for some and not others.1 -

this is ridiculous. I logged in and now I’m still getting the Halloween howling and it won’t connect. I’m over 5000 levels and I can’t get in. Why can’t you just fix the problem?
