Problem with Level 3863. Keeps crashing the game.
Every time I hit the first blocks the screen turns orange then the game closes. I saw a similar post from 2023 and the answer was that in older devices or those with not much room in the cache too many bombs going off can crash the game and to try clearing any excess data from your device and make sure no other apps are open when you play.
I did that but the game still crashes. I'm playing on a laptop running Windows 10. Thank you.

Thank you. I cleared the cache again, deleted all downloads, emptied recycle bin and then tried everything in the troubleshooting steps. Game is still crashing. I could try resetting the game or uninstalling and then reinstall but I don't want to lose all of my points and progress. Will I be able to recover everything when I sign in??
