Grow a pet ended and I did not receive my gold bars. Message said claim failed.

I cleared my storage and cache and that did not work. It reset my screen to day one. I still did not receive the 28 gold bars that I had earned.

Hi again! Thanks so much for your patience! 😊 The troubleshooting steps I shared earlier were for the next event and, unfortunately, not for claiming Gold Bars from the previous Grow a Pet event. With a new event now live, I’d recommend keeping an eye on it and seeing if you’re able to claim rewards this time. Hopefully, after following the troubleshooting steps, the issue won’t happen again.
