Grow a pet ended and I did not receive my gold bars. Message said claim failed.
I am unable to collect gold bars. I have tried all the suggestions on the four ad still can’t collect. Please help
Hi again! Thanks so much for your patience! 😊 The troubleshooting steps I shared earlier were for the next event and, unfortunately, not for claiming Gold Bars from the previous Grow a Pet event. With a new event now live, I’d recommend keeping an eye on it and seeing if you’re able to claim rewards this time. Hopefully, after following the troubleshooting steps, the issue won’t happen again. Let me know how it goes! 🌟
I cleared my storage and cache and that did not work. It reset my screen to day one. I still did not receive the 28 gold bars that I had earned.

Why can't I access the pet rescue saga town? When I downloaded the app it says it has it and everybody else that has the game has it but I can't seem to get it to pop up at all
