How can I get my game back?

Hey sweetemelle, I hope you're doing well.

If you have an account linked to your Facebook email, or if you're registered through a Kingdom email address, your progress will be saved through them.

If we're talking about a Kingdom account, please follow these steps, for both iOS and Android:

1. Make sure that your King account is correctly disconnected from the game (if you are currently connected). To do this open the game and on the main screen tap on the blue "Account" button and then select to “Log Out”.
2. Force close all apps and turn off your device. Leave the device switched off for at least 10 seconds before restarting it.

3. Open the game and reconnect to your account by tapping the blue "Connect" button found on the main screen and then choose the option to “Log in with email” as seen on the screenshot below:

If we're talking about a Facebook account, please follow the steps below for Android:

1. Make sure that your Facebook account is correctly disconnected from the game (if you are currently connected). To do this open the game and on the main screen tap the blue "Account" button and then select to “Log Out”.
2. If you have the Facebook app installed on your device please also make sure that the correct Facebook account is signed in.

3. Force close all apps and turn off your device. Leave the device switched off for at least 10 seconds before restarting it.
4. Open the game and reconnect to your account by tapping the blue "Connect" button found on the main screen and then choose the option to “Continue with Facebook”.

For iOS:

1. Make sure that your Facebook account is correctly disconnected from the game (if you are currently connected). To do this open the game and on the main screen tap the blue "Account" button and then select to “Log Out”.
2. Delete the Facebook app (if you have it installed on your device).

3. Clear cache from your Safari: https://support.apple.com/HT201265 (super important)
4. Restart the device.
5. Launch the game app and on the main screen, tap the blue button that says, "Connect" and then choose the option to “Continue with Facebook”.
