I had to log out of my dad's account on pet rescue to try to help with a gold bar collecting problem, I forgot the password to log back in, tried the forgot password thing, tried to get the reset password link to send to his email, but it's not coming up anywhere in his email. Tried to send king emails, and i get the same no help email from them, need some help please, from someone, he has over 8,000 levels completed and definitely wouldn’t want to start over. So some help from a real person would be great. Thank you
Hi and I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with resetting the account password. We will be happy to get you going with resetting the password but could you please Contact Support directly so that we can best assist you with this.
I have contacted support multiple times the last couple of days, i get the same message that isn't any help. The problem is that the reset link isn't going to his email. Tried multiple times, looked in all the folders, nothing. I'm not trying to be a jerk, but this can't be as complicated as it's been. Just need someone to either get into his account or physically email my dad with the reset link please, or forward it to my email and I will forward it to his if that would work. Just need to get this solved as soon as possible please. He's getting frustrated that he can't play right now!

And if my problem got fixed through customer support almost a week ago now, I still wouldn't be sending out messages everywhere. It's getting very frustrating and very stupid on how long this has taken.I've stated what was going on several times to everyone, and no one seems to care, or read messages. My dad has done over 8,000 levels and spent loads of money on this game, would you want to start over if you were him? There's got to be a fast and easy way to fix this. And I'm guessing he has an account, because it didn't say otherwise. So if you or someone could physically try sending him a link, if you all had a phone number I'd call.
