Yesindeed, we'd like to be able to get our rewards also! I had no problem with the previous Petopia, but this one I am having these problems. Hopefully they can fix it!

I'm having a problem with my Petopia, nothing like this before. I just started not being able to open the game now. I have one phone that I play on, Moto. I've never seen the game hang up like this. I went on Youtube and saw them say restart phone, clear data and cache. If I had known it would clear out all my reward of the fruits and vegetables, I wouldn't have done it. I'm now back in the game and it is now not opening again. I don't want to lose all my rewards, is anyone else having trouble with your game opening?

I'll try to get a screen recording but it might be difficult because it is taken away quite fast when you have to choose your buildings.
