When I try to get extra moves, sometimes it plays a Statefarm ad. I cannot get out of the ad and it doesn’t give me extra moves. There must be a glitch!

All of a sudden the option to use gold bars to continue a level is just GONE! I was getting massive amount of moves I could purchase w/ bars but now the option does not come up. It goes directly to level failed. I am sure I am not alone in this issue. Game glitch that needs immediate fixing PLEASE!!!!
