Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features or Events might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return to you.

JJLC - I have also been unable to help others who are not on my friend list for the past few weeks. I think it changed a couple of releases back. However, the friend appear to be asking for help quite often and it does allow for more play. I guess my team is really active. And again the Oops message is usually because the game on your device can not get a connection or a secured connection to the King Server Farm. If the oops is temporary it is a connection issue. Also could be your WIFI depending on the way your device is setup.
