I just started playing this today after it popped up for me to play. I am not sure what is going on but I was trying to get back to the home were I was originally and it would not let me. I also got to a point in the game where I could not continue, it said random levels. I also noticed that it didn't move me along in the game anymore. I was getting hearts and then it would move me forward. I got random levels and then I noticed I was at a stand still with the game. I'm not sure what is going on.

Hi @CarlitaAlfonso, when you get to 'random levels' it means you are at the end of the game and need to wait until more levels are added.
The final level at the moment is 4392, so if you are not there yet go to your app store and look for the update button on the game.

iv enjoyed playing this event But unfortunately iv finished all the quests...
Wish they was more quests once completed or Daily quests?

Nice work @Kezabelle3 and great feedback about quests.
I slowed down once I got to level 10 as I wondered if it would finish when all the quests were done. It looks like you still have the City though, which is good to know ๐
