Level 4302 that's interesting. There's a group of us - see post Pet Rescue can't update iPad app - all on 4302 and unable to progress. Although we get error our devices are not compatible. I've had Apple check my iPad out and they confirmed it meets the correct specification. Apple say it's down to the developer. Can't get any help from King.

It is probably worth sending a screenshot of the message to King's contact page so they know what your device is saying.
@MaxandMillie, did you let Apple know what message you were getting?
It looks to me (I am no expert) that the problem is with Apple's app store. The message says to me that their app store thinks it's a paid game and that you do not already have it.
So the problem is not with the game or with your device but with how they have added the game to the app store.
