On level 1241 where’s the 10th pet?
I’m on level 1241, and NO MATTER WHAT with boosters(that I have paid for) or without boosters
every time I get the 9th pet the game just gives me boxes and paint boosters, but never the 10th pet!!!!! I’ve spent money on getting the pets and still NOTHING! I’ve been on this level for a while now and it’s starting to piss me off! I’m about to delete the whole game! HELP ME! I really like pet rescue but come on man! This crap is rigged

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! By any chance, did you try any troubleshooting steps to see if that helps to remove the glitch!! You have not mentioned which device you are using!!
If you are on PC, changing the browser will help to remove the Glitch too! In my experience, I have noticed that the Microsoft Edge is the slowest and doesn't perform well!! Where as Google Chrome and Facebook Game-Room work fine and glitch free -- if the glitch is from our side, that is!

Try all those steps and except "Deleting & reinstalling the App", as it will remove all your stocked up boosters from the game
And King team will not be able to reimburse them!!

I have been on this level but the pets don't appear only paint app appears the game is rigged

Sorry we did not see your comment earlier because this is an old post, next time use the 'new discussion' button 😊
This level is all about timing and coordination!
New Pets will only fall after you remove those on the board and once you run out of blocks (have only a few on the board) the line blasters stop falling also.
Start with moves on the far right, or your line blasters may not fall where you can get them under the Pets.
Use moves and the paint booster to carefully slide whole columns to the left and get line blasters under Pets.
Then drop the line blaster to the bottom row and break the glass so it will be released and shoot up, letting a Pet down.
