@Palash_Sarma Winter Petopia is being rolled out at this moment. It may take a few hours before it has reached all devices and players, so please have some patience.
Remember that you will need to have the latest version of the game installed from App Store or Google Play Store and also the Android and iOS will need to be up to date.

Are you helping people that don't get Petopia again this time? I never got it the first time and wouldn't have last time if you hadn't done what you did. I will be heartbroken if I don't get it this time. I played the last one till I couldn't play anymore, with all chests opened and so on which just happened to be last day for Petopia. I was deleting some screenshots the other day and saw that I was wrong, I didn't rescue 900 plus pets...it was over 1100. I still have the screenshots from last time and as you can see I would totally enjoy playing again this time. Please let me know if there's any hope for me. Thank you
