Hello, I'm new here and I wanted to tell you that I downloaded the game through the microsoft store, the pet rescue saga, and you only see the background of the blue screen, clouds, the points of the worlds and the treasures, that is, you don't see it nothing more than decoration, so I wanted to know if it's a problem with the game or if it's my computer that doesn't give more than itself. I send you a screenshot so that you understand me better, thank you.

I also have this happen within my game. I think it's when your device cannot handle all the data within the game. If you can, make sure all other apps are closed on your device to free up some space.
Personally, as it's only the graphics that are affected I just ignore it and play the levels as normal.
