Why am I not receiving the gold bars at the end of these events. This is the second time in a number of weeks that this has happened. When i contact support it gives me the robot answers for not being able to connect to Facebook. Please look at my account to sort this. I'm not impressed with this event. Gold bars should be topped up as they are won and not at the end of the event.

I have also not received gold bars twice in the grow a pet game. A notification comes up saying they have been collected on another device! I have not played this game on any other device. Help please.

I sent an email back but only sent me back how to connect through Facebook. I'm already connected through Facebook. Can you please resolve this for me. Thanks.
