I've noticed a few players are unable to load since this update and I'm curious to see if this is why?
If you play on a mobile device and do not have the new look, go to your app store and see if there is an update.
If you're on computer/facebook, check your facebook app settings. Make sure the game is active and has permission to access your friends list.
