With the new update I’ve lost: the ability to see how many moves I have left, the ability to see how many pets to rescue, the bottom booster covers the bottom blocks so I can’t see, when I go to use the booster (balloons in the pic) and choose a specific color, it picks it’s own colors…. It’s making me lost and not want to play. Anyone else have these issues?

    Hi @Nemset try looking in your app store to see if there is a new update since you got this one.

    If not and/or it's still not looking right try contacting the support from within your game, this way they can look directly into it and see what the problem is.

    Same issue here. IOS 16.1.1 iPhone 14 Pro Max. Please fix fast. Game Is Not playable anymore! Help button offers no solution.

    The new look is all MESSED UP… If you look at the amount of moves left on my screen, it appears upside down….what is really going on????? Fix it please , I miss playing my game 🥹

    Thank you for letting us know there is a problem with how this update appears on your devices. This issue will be passed to support (on Monday)

    In the meantime, if you have not already, please post again in the comments here telling us what device you are playing on, plus your game ID (how to find your game ID) so we can give these details to the relevant support team.

    I’m having the same issues. Bottom of the play area is covered by the booster counter and I cannot see how many moves I have left nor how many pets I’ve rescued. I have an iPhone 14 plus

    I am definitely having the same issues as the others in the previous comments and I have an iPhone 14. I just want it to be corrected so I can get back to playing my favorite game.

    Same issues for me iPhone 14 IOS 16.1.1 can’t see the bottom row it’s blocking play, can’t see how many moves I have. Can’t see the full playing field on upright or landscape. Awful 😢
