🎄🏠❄️ Winter Petopia is back for 2022

Petopia is back - in a new updated winter edition!

Our favorite city builder event is back for Christmas. Build your own Winter City and bring all of your Pets to enjoy the festivities.

Petopia will start on the 5th of December and run for 4 weeks until the 2nd of January 2023. 

If you missed Petopia earlier this summer and fall, don’t worry we’ll have a short introduction of this feature here below. 

Last year was the first time Pet Rescue Saga had a Winter Petopia, and we heard you–our players loved it so much so we decided to bring it back. We hope you will enjoy this one as much as last year's edition!

How do I build my city?

Play your regular levels in the game and all rescued pets from the Pet levels will move to live in your Petopia city.

For every level completed you will also be able to add a new building to your Petopia. Choose between three different options of buildings to get your own special wintery and festive touch. The building can be placed anywhere in the marked area around the Central station. 

Love Points Meter

The love points meter above will progress for every building you add. When the meter is full, you will be rewarded with a Special Building or a Booster reward.

For every full love points meter, you will also rank up on your city with one level. The level is displayed to the left on the meter. 

Special cards

When progressing in Petopia you will also sometimes be rewarded with a Special Card. In Winter Petopia there will be three types of Special Cards available.

Hats & Accessories dress up your Pets in Winter Petopia with warm and festive hats and accessories. 

Treasure. Around the city you’ll find various treasure chests. Dig up one of these with the Treasure card to get a pawsome reward to your game.

Gifts In Winter Petopia you will also have gifts. Every collected gift will be placed under the Holiday tree. The more gifts you collect before the 25th December, the bigger reward you’ll get! Please note that the gift cards are only available until the 25th December!

Get extra love and rewards!

Sometimes you'll see a Pet in your city thinking of something, like ice skating, playing in the arcade or having a burger at the Burger Joint. You can tap on the Pet, carry them to their desired treat and they will reward you!

Rewards include love, to make your Love Points Meter progress faster, or you may be rewarded with Pet Coins or unlimited lives.

Quests

The Petopia Winter quests can be found under the Events tab. The quests are gathered in batches with three quests in each. Every completed quest will give you a reward, but when all three quests in the same batch are completed, you can open the chest and claim an even bigger reward. 

Petopia not showing up in your game?

Petopia is only available on mobile devices. If you are playing on a desktop, you can continue playing on a mobile device by connecting the game to your Facebook account and access to the Winter Petopia. 

Please note that some older devices and low end devices may not be able to run Petopia. Connection issues on the device may also prevent you from seeing the event.  

You will also need the latest version of the app installed on your device to be able to receive the event in your game.
