Hello friends! I need help! I got a message that I had unlocked the Winter Petopia while I still had the Halloween opening image, I tapped "accept" and nothing happened! I updated the app and now it shows the winter opening image, but still no petopia. How can I fix this, or will it fix itself? Thanks for your help.

Hi Lynette. Hope you're well. I've seen the Petopia challenge. I'm stuck on level 3171 at moment. Seen the tutorial videos. But, it doesn't help.I'll get there.
