I still have the camp van, a dog ans a chest with not collecting stars, instead of the mop, for 4-5 weeks now.
I also didn't had the winter petopia.

Just to add to what our friend @Xxander has told you, as regards Petopia @eperke not everyone gets it each time. They usually keep it to a smaller amount of players so that hopefully it doesn't break the game as its still in testing. With any luck you will get it in future!

Nobody can collect the chest, so everybody is annoyd, but nobody is "hurt". Only thing we can do is be patients. There will be more events and/or contests to collect stuff.
A couple of days???? Maybe weeks!! Need to be fixed, can't collect the chest the end of levels.
