Hi everyone. Firstly let me apologise on behalf of the studio. We are not sure what exactly is happening as the update we have had, isn't what has happened. Some have updated, some haven't. So we have asked our CM to see if she can find out for you.
I'm also getting rather fed up with it
I agree! We have had this camper van since before xmas and you seem to be saying we are stuck with it. Just remove it please and take us back to the map. Most of us have missed out on nearly two months worth of rewards. It is unacceptable
So what happened to the map then, to see our progress in the game. We are missing out on all the chests and rewards. Will we ever get rid of the damned camper van?
Hi, I realise its frustrating but it has been fixed. They haven't changed the picture from what I can gather, but unlike last time when they gave everyone the feature and it messed everybodys games up, they might have only released it to a percentage of players as they usually do. Its also only available on new levels played. If the chest hasn't appeared after you have played a couple of levels, its possible that you don't have it this time. I am sorry that won't be what you want to hear, but at least you know its not an issue 🙂
Getting fed up now. Chest has disappeared and the star bar, but the damn camper van is still there. This is so frustrating. Whats happening.? Come on..................get it fixed!
You’re playing on Facebook if I remember correctly? We’ve been told the update is being rolled out, but you might not see the chest to start with. It should appear after you’ve played a few levels if you are getting it 🙂
I have been playing it a few times this evening and just discovered that the little dog with camper is there but chest is gone as well.as the star bar.
Hopefully the chest has gone now?

There have been some issues and there was meant to be a new release today that hopefully fixed everything. Unfortunately at this moment we don't have any news as to why it seems to have been delayed again, but the community manager will see if she can find any update to the situation.
