boosters purchased for 173 000 points and over 50 000 points this week has not uploaded to account

i would like my boosters uploaded.to my account... on Monday 173 000 points were used to purchase a bundle but no boosters uploaded... last night over 50 000 points use dto purchase bundle... still no more boosters uploaded... trying to get help is becoming  damn nightmare... can someone please help with uploading my rightful booster packs pleas... a. becoming seriously frstrated with lack of communication from pet rescue team

    Am I correct in thinking you tried to purchase using ingame coins?

    I can pass this on to the moderator who can check your account but she won't be in until next week as its the easter break now.

    If it was real money you spent you would need to go to this link for direct help. I am sorry you are having issues, but one way or the other we should get you sorted :)

    No problems, I will add it to her list :) She is off until Tuesday and the list is quite long, but don't worry, I will check she has. She is pretty good :)

    Its all our fault, she had some time off and when she came back she had a full length book series list to get through haha. Apologies for the wait though, I will mention it :)
