Hi i'm unable to access other levels on my laptop. when i go into my game there is a black panel at the side and no way of removing it,Ever since i have had this i'm unable to go to other worlds to play levels. hope this makes sense, thanks for any help.

Hi and welcome to the pet corner.
I suspect this is just because they haven't been able to fix the game yet. We have a new map but it doesn't work on computer. Could you possibly add a screenshot so that we can see if it looks as it should and it isn't a new glitch ๐ค

This is what i mean. i remember a couple of years ago this happened and i managed to get rid of it but i cant find a way to remove it now.

@Brenda_Parsell I see what you mean! I am fairly sure that isn't to do with the game but more your laptop so that is something. What happens if you click on the 3 dots where it says more? Does it give you the option to close that side bar? If you right click on a blank part of that side bar does it give you the option to close?
Is it on Facebook?

the 3 dots gave me an option to report it so i did.but when you finish it gives an option to block pet rescue. that i don't want to do.I have to colapse it each time. but like i say this has happened before but i forgot how i removed it and it effected what i was able to do in the game like not being able to visit other levels and the and the plus sign dont work for me.

The + sign isn't working to get back to other levels right now on computer sadly. As to the side bar, I will ask our lovely CM to see if she knows.
Is it coming up as part of the computer screen? Which version of windows are you using? Are you using bluestacks? or is it the play store you download from?

Sorry i'm not very tech savvy but i'm on windows 10 on my old laptop and my other laptop is a chrome book and its on both of them.

Hi @Brenda_Parsell the picture you show is what we all see now when playing via facebook, the black column is part of facebook gameroom (or whatever they call the game bit now)
See, if I open the game on facebook it looks the same:
This means you are playing on facebook, using a browser.
The map problem is a different issue ๐ the map (level menu) does not work on the computer version of the game.
It works fine on mobile, but they are having trouble adapting the computer game to this new interface.

I don't have a mobile and if i did i wouldn't be able to see it which is the reason i use laptop. shame the Game developers didn't think of that people with bad eye sight.

@Brenda-Parsell I so much agree with you! I can't play on my mobile either bc I can't see it very well. I can only use my mobile for phone calls. Don't use it for messaging , fb, ect ... Therefore, I have no chest or get rewards. It's been over a month that it has not been fixed. I can't even get it to work on FB on my laptop...I have to use the download from Microsoft windows 10.
