This can happen sometimes especially if you've recently cleared your browsers cache and cookies recently. But it could also be because you now have the new version of the game.
Try playing Level 1 then re-loading the game.
This usually reconnects with the saved data for your game and you'll be back where you were before.

I now have the same problem, I was level 1600 & something and I am now level 2, please helpHi Chris,
