I can't access my gold bars. It says "failed to connect to store" What can I do to fix this?
is it the gold bars you have at the top of the screen? Or is it when trying to collect from the 1,2,3 grow pet? It might be that has ended in which case tvat would throw up the connection issue. I think the best thing to do is contact player support from within your game. They can check your account and make sure there aren't any issues.

Ok, I am sorry to hear that. Are you logged in via the Kingdom or Facebook? Have you checked the store for updates?
Have you also tried using a different signal? Such as mobile connection instead of wifi? These things usually depend on a good signal or they don't like it.
