@Lady_Choo okay, I'll wait...I know I did not get them. Yes, I know they can see everything bc my laptop crashed a couple of times and I lost everything but gold bars and they gave me back my boosters that I lost. So, yes let them check...bc I did not receive them. They sure can see how much Money I've spent on the game too...lol. I know it's not on your end it's on their end.

Hi, @Lady_Choo , I wrote to King about gold bars and not getting them and they are not understanding what I'm trying to tell them. For both contests that I won. Can you please help? I wouldn't even care about but the only other way I can get gold bars is by buying them and I really need them. I don't understand what's going on. I rebooted game....signed out and back in. I truly did not get them. There's never been an issue before when I've won. Thank you so much , Lisaβ€οΈ I guess if I don't get them then so be it.

They won't understand as they are player support and not the community.
You definately had the ones for the summer contest as I asked them to check, and I am waiting to hear back about the others. @Lynette thinks you are playing on the windows 10 app but you have issues with connection? Can you double check your ID is still coming up the same in your game?

@Lady_Choo and that was for both contests? I don't understand this at all. I never got the here's a gift from king for either contest and my bars never changed. It's whatever....lol I know I did not get them. I've log in and out of my game...rebooted everything. No , I did not receive. It's okay though..you did your part. Thank you Lady_Choo.

That was from the second one, the first they saw the total before and after change.
I am wondering if you just maybe are not getting the pop ups? I never ever get my boosters on windows 10. They always go through to my facebook instead. Are they not showing there either?

@Lady_Choo , I use window 10 but this is the first time there's ever been an issue, I'm not on FB. I always have got the pop up. I got the pop for the International Cat Day gift. To weird....and always get pop up's when I've won gold before. I think they are BS'ing....because I have and always have very few gold. I always have to buy and I keep a close eye on them. Hope they got the ID# right. Anyway, no need for me to worry about it anymore. But I'm done giving them my money I'll tell you that much. This is not your fault. I'm upset at them. But if they say they see the change I don't understand because I didn't. Hugs Lisa
