I have that issue on another game.
I think the best thing to do would be to contact player support from within the game as they can see your device details etc with doing it that way. Its not fair when they don't pay out.
I am assuming you have 2GB free space etc?
If others are having the same issue too then at least they can collate reports.

@Lady_Choo to be honest I was only seeing how this work on me creating a poll since I graduated to level 3 and was trying to see how that would work and who will actually answer lol but I thank you for the concern and yes these ads so far like the Starbucks and like these that I took pics of when it happen more than once
For example these ads came up and just froze so not only I lost my progress but also lives, gold and boosters so I would have to exit the game and re sign in and have to start the level over because of that

Why, all of a sudden am I offered an extreme amount of extra moves when I don't pass a level? Is this just a way to get us to spend our gold bars? Having completed all levels and waiting patiently for every Tuesday to come around, I find it so frustrating to not be able to complete weekly challenges or monthly challenges because you can't progress. I'd be happy to have repeated challenges from earlier inthe game, where you can progress rather than none!
