Not only can you compare what your city looks like against other players, you will also get to grab the exclusive Halloween Petopia badge (designed by @Lady_Choo 😻) that you can see below.
To get the badge you simply need to take a screenshot of your game.

I was told its because when the studio make events and have to do short term things, its harder to do on Facebook. Its easier on mobiles. If you have a mobile you can play it on, you can log in with the same details.
I play on computer. We don't get things like that or win gold.

Petopia not showing up in your game?
Petopia is only available on mobile devices. If you are playing on a desktop, you can continue playing on a mobile device by connecting the game to your Facebook account and access to the Winter Petopia.
Please note that some older devices and low end devices may not be able to run Petopia. Connection issues on the device may also prevent you from seeing the event.
You will also need the latest version of the app installed on your device to be able to receive the event in your game.
