Game not loading.
Hi support team.
My PRS game is not loading as fast as it should. And it freezing sometimes. I think it's due to the Petopia event. I didn't have any problems before the event. I've that, everytime this event is on.I have this problem. Due to that. I sometimes lose my boosters. And I'm not the only 1 who noticed this. Several players mentioned this on the Community forum. Is there a way it can be fixed?

I'm sorry for your problem. Please see if you need to update eas and clear the cache and open your game again.

@Spinnifix thank you for trying to help. However @johamilton had already requested it be moved through the proper channels so you do not need to tag a CM to do this. It might be that it hasn't been moved quickly, but it will be. The community managers generally do not move posts now (that is someone elses job) so you tagging them, just gives them another tag to read and somebody that does need actual help, might be missed.
Tag the mod for the area if you see it and they will handle it. Jelly is Princess Jessica and Jo Hamilton.
