What is going on with Halloween Petopia???

Hello - again a Petopia is placed on my game and again I cannot access the game. It’s constantly freezes, just hangs and never opens. When is this going to be fixed/updated? It’s very frustrating. Every time a special Petopia is placed on the game this happens. Something should be added to have a choice to opt in or out of a special event. It’s been a week with this issue and I have already removed the game and reloaded twice…

Sorry @Rubie-Roo1135 I thought I had pressed send but my message was still in drafts.
Unfortunately there are issues and the team are working on it. We have passed the feedback about opting out and the CM will let the studio know that they have more requests too.

I want you to know that fixing these issues is the Studio's top priority, and the team is working hard to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. Even though we cannot disable Petopia from your game, I'd encourage you to follow this thread to get further updates. Meanwhile, we'd greatly appreciate your patience and understanding ❤️

I am asking the same question about the Halloween Petopia, the game keeps freezing and will not give any rewards for completing each board instead it just freeze and the screen turn dark.
