Christmas and New Year holidays are spent with family.Β We stay together the day before New Year's Eve until the next day.

I really don't have any traditions anymore. My Son and Daughter are older and just stop in at their leisure. So it's pretty much Me, my Dog and Cat.
I have very fond memories growing up though. My Nana would have me over , I'd say this would have been in the 70's and I would be so excited to decorate with her..and the best part of all that was the train she would display every year on the dinning room table.
On the other side of my Family, the Italians, we had a gigantic dinner on Christmas Eve...My Grandma was one hell of a cook!! The pasta was completely homemade right down to the sauce. Then we would all open our gifts. I will always cherish those memories. Thank you for the contest and Merry Christmas to everyone! xx
