I hear you.@Jenschmidt5309 . Mine is not working too 😕 😒. I've complained to customer service so many times I've lost count. Because, of the glitch its draining my battery. I got a notification from my phone to put the apps to sleep. So frustrating 😫. It's always the same answer.

I just want to see if I understand… for the first time you guys pick and chose who gets the event. You advertise it for everyone to see and get excited for but then decide only some people get it. To say that this is how it always is is a lie and an excuse not to fix a game that keeps glitching. Maybe you guys should fix the games you have instead of making new games every week that is almost the same as the last games. I’m sure the companies advertising on the game that I have to watch daily would appreciate customers who actually want to play it. I’m gonna leave a bad review on game site since nobody even wants to respond other than with the same generic comment the keep using

I played for a while and have figured out what you're seeing!
Every now and again two Pets will stop and interact with each other.
This below (that look like dice) simply show that they are talking - they do no need anything. When they need something it follows them above their head for longer and it's only a single Pet.
Interacting Pets also have stars seen below, when something is funny, note the Pet on the right has fallen over laughing from something the one on the left said (I missed the beginning of this interaction)
Other examples are a rain cloud 🌧️ over sad Pets, exclaimation marks (!!) over suprised Pets and hash tags (##) over angry Pets.
Apologies, I thought you may have missed the answer.
Can you list what the other big buildings you have are?
Each one corresponds with a thing they want.
I only have the ones you have listed above.
May be take some screenshots of your whole town and post them, then I might be able to work it out for you?
I did Lynette, that's why I reposted the question. The item in your video is not what is over the pets head. I said dice because that is what is over the pests head. I now see two items over the pets head that I don't know what one is or where to place them. I did watch the video. I've watched all the videos you posted so I could see what and where the pets go. I just noticed the dice and then yesterday I noticed another item over the pets heads. I have no idea what it is and where to put the pets. I will ask for the next Winter Petopia or any of the Petopia's, please post what the items over the pets heads are and where they go with the pictures. The item over the pets head you have in the video Lynette, I've never seen it. The place where you are putting the pet, that is where I'm putting the pet with the two dice over the head. The people who put these games together know what items are being put over the heads of the pets, the players like myself need to know.
